The Dwight School
Eric currently serves as the Head of Performing Arts at the Dwight School, a Global IB school in NYC. In February, 2020, students from Dwight campuses in London, Seoul, and Dubai joined forces with New York students for a combined global concert at Carnegie Hall:

Lakehouse Music Academy
From 2016-2019, Eric served as the Director of Education at Lakehouse Music Academy in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Housed in the same building as Lakehouse Recording Studios, the school features private lessons, weekly ensemble groups, an educational record label, master classes, and community outreach education programs in Asbury Park.
Eric wrote and developed the original, private lesson Stripe Curriculum during his time at Lakehouse Music Academy:
Eric also co-created Moto Records, a fully-functioning, educational record label within Lakehouse Music Academy.
